Sense of Security

Sense of security is the comfort zone that keeps us safe and calm.

These are a few things that offer me a little sense of security - :)

* To have pillows on both side of me when I sleep, so I wouldn't fall off the bed.

* To travel with a person who can read map and drive. I can't read map and have no sense of direction, will feel safe and have peace of mind if someone is there to read map on my behalf.

* To bring a jacket with me when I watch a horror movie in the cinema. I use it to cover my face whenever a scary scene appears.

* To stand beside a man who is 5 feet 10" tall (178cm) with perfect BMI, as I can lean my head on his shoulder.

* To have my mobile phone fully charged and bring it with me wherever I go. Sense of security is lost when I leave home without a mobile phone.

Fun With Fireflies

I think deep down I'm still a child at heart. I had an incredible amount of fun catching fireflies last weekend.

We brought an empty jar along the journey and I said : we must fill in the jar with fireflies (like the photo) and to release them in total darkness so that the fireflies will brighten up the skies like a fairytales.

Well, we only caught 6 fireflies at the end... obviously not enough to brighten up the skies, not even a small corner.
However, these 6 little angels had already brightened up our day and our hearts.

We finally released the fireflies in the garden with a smile.

Small pleasure can be an enormous gift of life.
